     - [line][/line] for a horizontal line
     - [blink]{text}[/blink] for blinking text (does not work on IE and some other browsers)

- Addition of GFX Moderators = A new moderator group has been added to moderate the GFX Section.

- Member credits = members can now earn credits in competitions.
- Staff seciton = There is now a staff seciton for moderators, admins, global mods and other staff members.
- Fixed permissions = All permissions are now fixed for the site.
- Added user group = user groups (moderators, gfx team, coding team etc...) have now been added and Admin, global mod, bots, advertiser are colourized.
